Charlie Forcucci is a graduate from the University of Florida with double majors in Finance & Marketing. After graduation he became an Investment Specialist obtaining Series 7 Securities Licensure. Growing up in a real estate family, Charlie was instrumental in creating one of the most successful real estate teams in South Florida. Meghan Forcucci graduated Cum Laude from Florida Atlantic University with a B.A. in Urban and Regional Planning and a Minor in Real Estate. With a background in Urban Planning, Interior Design and Real Estate, Meghan brings a unique skill set to any project or transaction. Meghan has been working in the home building industry of South Florida for over 23 years and has been involved in every part of the building process; from permitting, sales/marketing, to final selections of finishes.
