Charlie Forcucci is a graduate from the University of Florida with double majors in Finance & Marketing. After graduation he became an Investment Specialist obtaining Series 7 Securities Licensure. Growing up in a real estate family, Charlie was instrumental in creating one of the most successful real estate teams in South Florida. Meghan Forcucci graduated Cum Laude from Florida Atlantic University with a B.A. in Urban and Regional Planning and a Minor in Real Estate. She also holds certifications in Neurodesign and Biophilic design principles; which goes beyond looking at the function of space and begins to take into account the science behind how a space impacts our overall mental and physical health. To Meghan a home should not only look beautiful and feel welcoming, it should also support our goal of living a full and healthy life.
Meghan has been working in the home building industry of South Florida for over 24 years and has been involved in every part of the building process, from site planning and permitting to making final selections of finishes. With a background in Urban Planning, Neurodesign, Interior Styling and Real Estate, Meghan brings a unique skill set to any project or transaction.
