Charlie Forcucci is a graduate from the University of Florida with double majors in Finance & Marketing. After graduation he became an Investment Specialist obtaining Series 7 Securities Licensure. Growing up in a real estate family, Charlie was instrumental in creating one of the most successful real estate teams in South Florida. Charlie Forcucci is currently the Top 1.5% of all Realtors in the Nation.
Charlie Forcucci has represented Buyers and Sellers from across the spectrum. Modest condos to multi-million dollar land parcels, he is well qualified in residential and commercial real estate. He is tenacious, pays meticulous attention to detail, and is level-headed when it comes to negotiations and challenging situations.
In just one visit to Jupiter, he fell in love and chose to live, work, and play in all that the town has to offer. With the ocean, intracoastal waterway, beaches, restaurants, art and culture, open green space, Charlie realized that Jupiter and the surrounding area is truly a magnificent place to live. MEGHAN FORCUCCI
Meghan Forcucci graduated Cum Laude from Florida Atlantic University with a B.A. in Urban and Regional Planning and a Minor in Real Estate. With a background in Urban Planning, Interior Design and Real Estate, Meghan brings a unique skill set to any project or transaction. Meghan has been working in the home building industry of South Florida for over 23 years and has been involved in every part of the building process; from permitting, sales/marketing, to final selections of finishes.
